September Workshops @ Aangen Community Centre

Join Aangen Instructor Dee Dussault in a fundraising event celebrating exercise, fun & spiritually motivated together-ness.!
When: THIS SUNDAY!! September 7th
Time: 8:30 am for registration, Run starts at 9 am
Where: High Park (south of Deer Pen Road)
Cost: $25 registration fee or sponsor support
Funds raised will benefit 3 Charitable Organizations:
* Riwoche Tibetan Buddhist Temple of Toronto
* Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre
* Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook

Wednesday September 10 - Indian Cooking with Rupinder Singh from 6:30 to 9:30 pm $30
Tantalize guests with dishes such as vegetable biryani, meat biyrani, and kachumber salad! Please register at least two days before the class so grocery shopping can be done by the instructor. BYOC - Bring Your Own Containers, IF there is any food leftover!
Saturday September 13 - The Magic of Dowsing with Allan Hassoun from 1 to 4 pm $40
Learn to get answers for everyday questions, trust your own opinion and restore the body's energy balance, both physically and emotionally using a simple and yet effective method known as radiesthiesa, or "Dowsing". In this workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate how to select the right dowsing tool for the job and to use it properly.
Tuesday September 16 - Your Authentic Self with Dr. Nick Arrizza from 7 to 9 pm $25
By releasing limiting conditioned beliefs and emotions with a new modality called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP) the group will collectively establish a powerful platform, begin reclaiming vast amounts of locked up or depleted Life Energy - thereby freeing each to begin living as their powerfully creative Authentic Selves.
Thursday September 18 - Ecstatic Consciousness, Ecstatic Sex! with Dee Dussault from 7 to 9pm $25 per individual
By combining the ancient elements of tantric sex, yogic philosophy, with rituals and techniques from a variety of sources that suit the contemporary couple, this workshop will inspire you to rush home and do your home work immediately! We will be sitting on the floor and doing some basic yoga poses during this workshop. Please wear comfortable clothing. Couples or individuals welcome.

Please join us for this book launch/film premiere event examining LGBT politics. Miriam Smith, author of Political Institutions and Lesbian and Gay Rights in the United States and Canada, will be present for discussion, as well as filmmaker Nancy Nichols, premiering her film One Summer in New Palz, a cautionary tale. Spoken word performance by D-lishus.
Saturday September 27 - Dinner & a Bollywood Movie with Rupinder Singh from 6 to 9 pm $10
Join us for a sumptuous Indian meal as our favourite Indian Cooking Guru Rupinder cooks up some of the fabulous dishes he has shared with Aangen this year! Please register at least two days before so grocery shopping can be done.
