Body Rhythms is a fun and easy to follow movement class that helps you energize and bring balance to your body and mind. Learn valuable exercises that take only a few minutes a day to let go of stress and tension and replace it with happiness and ease.
Learn basic principles of self-hypnosis to ensure your thoughts are supporting rather than sabotaging your goals. It's easy once you know how, and you can do it anytime. The natural meditative state of self-hypnosis is perfectly safe and relaxing. Many people find these tools effective in stress management and shifting emotional or behavioural patterns. It's exceptionally useful to those who experience frequent setbacks (e.g., sales professionals, performing artists).
Building upon the knowledge shared in Reiki I, Reiki II focuses on additional healing techniques such as long distance or ‘absentee’ healing, emotional and spiritual healings through Reiki.
