Sandy Wallace, Registered Massage Therapist, is now offering massage therapy at Aangen!
 Sandy has a calming presence which is also expressed through his treatments whether you prefer a relaxation massage or are in need of deep tissue treatment. Welcoming clients into a body-positive environment is an important part of his work. Along with Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques, Sandy is also pleased to provide Hot Stone therapy. Visions and intentions can manifest. What are your dreams and desires as a family? In this workshop, we will work with together - kids and caregivers to explore our family dreams and desires. Visions start with an idea, an intention and a vision board and eventually living this reality. In Part I we will explore the concept of manifesting, what our dreams are and how to bring them to life. Make sure your family is on the same page! Registration = 1 kid & 1 caregiver.
Wednesday, July 29 - Vision Boarding for Kids & Caregivers Part II with Gurbeen Bhasin from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, $19
We will gather images, individually and as a family in the week between both classes that represent our intentions and what we would like to manifest - we will re-iterate that dream to the class as we make our vision boards. Please bring images that speak to your dreams as a family and a bristol board of your favourite color.
