Our "Chance For Change" Program
Aangen’s Chance for Change initiative trains and hires people with barriers to employment in catering and kitchen roles. With additional support in housing, food security and skill-building, our team members don’t just gain a job—they gain a foundation.
Our model draws from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, helping individuals move from survival to stability and beyond.
