Our quality of life ensures that we have plenty and a great variety of foods, our work and lifestyle require us to be in constant action. Can we have our cake and eat it too? Moving Inward; Colours of red and gold. "As falling leaves drift by the window" we will look at the foods we eat and practice simple exercises that help warm and protect our body from colds and flu. Acupuncture demonstrations will be offered to those who choose to participate and pressure points suggested for use throughout the season.
